Easy Click Marketing Ltd Terms and Conditions.

1. The order will come into effect upon receiving payment as agreed in the order. The customer is personally responsible for any charges which have been agreed between the parties.
   If the customer agreed to pay in instalments and those have been agreed between the parties, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the payments comply with the agreed time frame. However, if the customer fails to make a payment, the company reserve the right to terminate the service within 7 (seven) days’ notice and the customer will incur additional charges of interest for such delays.
2. The company is responsible only for the creation of the advertising campaign as agreed on the order and will not have any responsibility for the results of the campaign.
3. As stated in the order, the term “first page” on the search engine relates to Google first page results and is based on data from the search engine. Please note that ad position is determined by an auction and it changes dynamically every new search.
4. As specified in the customer order regarding the search terms, the company shall be entitled to modify the agreed search terms in order to achieve better advertising results and will be allowed to do so with prior consent from the customer.
5. The customer agrees that the content of his website complies with Google advertising policy and with English law and no such content is deemed to be illegal under English law. In addition, the content of the website should comply with copyright laws.
6. The company will not be responsible for any of the content published by the customer website which may cause any harm and/or damage to others because of the advertising campaign.
7. Any changes or amendments made to the original customer order should be made in writing by both the customer and Easyclick Marketing. Any amendments may incur additional charges.
8. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
9. Refund / Cancellation – The client will be able to cancel the order within twenty-four (24) hours from signing the order confirmation, and shall be entitled to a full refund which will be paid within seven (7) working days.
